Aprons Off! is a restorative, half-day retreat designed specifically for chefs and hospitality professionals.
This experience creates space to step away from the line, reset mentally and emotionally, and reconnect with purpose, community, and self.

✨Words from a Chef Attendee ✨
I have not taken off the bracelet since Monday.
I just wanted to reach out and say what an amazing experience the retreat was on Monday. I cannot express to enough people how great it was. I have told so many that the words that keep coming to mind are “career-changing”. As I stated in the post on Instagram, a past version of myself never would have done that. I always said that I did not like socialising with chefs or people in the industry. However, I made a promise to myself this year that I would make a bunch of changes in my life. This retreat was the first one. I have not taken off the bracelet since Monday.
I wish that there were words that could express the sense of renewal that I took away from that day. From the Copperhouse, to the activities, to the sense of community, it was all perfect. Add that to the fact that the access to the therapy has helped ten-fold. Thank you so much for all that you do. I cannot wait to be more involved with the organisation to help give back.
